Golf has only a six month season here in NY, so I decided to give myself an Optishot as a present. A few months of labor after coming home from work, and here I have my custom sim room. Phase 1 (simulator) and Phase 2 (bar) are done...Phase 3 (coaxial run for Directv) and Phase 4 (dartboard) will probably happen over the summer. I'm also working on an auto tee-er, but the foam golf balls are making it tricky.
Feedback/tips/advice is greatly appreciated on what else I could add!

Andrew, what did you build the impact screen out of? I've been researchign this on the web for a few days now. Thanks man! Nice job! - Chad, TX
I am very hesitant to use real golf balls in this small of an area, simply because I know how bad my friends and I are at golf. We use the cheap knock off version of the Almost Golf balls and hit them into a king sized bed sheet. They feel like a genuine golf ball for most shots...but when you hit them thin you notice a big difference.
