Better use for the garage

I've had this set up for almost a month. It's the kit from Innovative Golf Systems (minus the mat as I wanted to use the one from www.golfsimulatorguys.com) . They were pretty good to deal with and the kit made it easier for me to get this built and running without having to chase down all the individual parts. I laid down some "grass" carpet from Depot to dress it up and stop the balls when hitting the ground.I also had a friend weld up an extension for the projector ceiling mount as I have a 13' ceiling in the garage. I also had the garage door reconfigured to open and roll higher than the standard and that also required a new spring.

The Ulti-Mat is a very comfortable mat. I can't recommend it enough. My wrists are thanking me for the gel pad built into the thicker nylon mat. It's also nice not having to clean residue off the clubs like some of the cheaper poly mats leave. So far, so good on the rest of the system.
