I am having the exact same problem. I purchased Optishot 1, but before installing I purchased the upgrade, then went ahead and purchased the Optishot 2 software upgrade but no courses load except Pliatnium.

MAC courses will not show up
I upgraded to the MAC version of Optishot and when I start it up, all I can see is the premium courses and the driving range. I emailed tech support but their reply was when I open it for the first time, it should download and install the courses?? Really, this is why I emailed tech support because it did not download them? Any help would be appreciated.

Email [email protected] and tell Kurt you are having the same problem as Mike Kanaan did, give him a phone number. He had to go through and work with my permissions because they were messed up. We took about an hour but finally figured it out. Hope this helps!
