My mat is not working

All my software seems to working right. The mat has a green light and nothing is saying it is not working. But it will not read any club. I have tried multiple rooms with different lighting. Still nothing, I have sent multiple emails and called and have not gotten any response. This was a christmas present to my son and we would love to be able to use it. Any suggestions.

I purchased two of these as Christmas gifts and both units that I received are doing the exact same thing - the software portion is working fine but the sensors do not pick up any movement at all. I know they are the units specifically and nothing else in the set up because we plugged a different one in and it worked.

I, too, have called and emailed several times with no success.

Have you had any luck with anything yet? I think this is such a fun toy, but sadly my patience is running quite thin at this point. Let us know if you find anything that works and I will do the same!

My mat is not working either. Trying to run it on a Mac Book Pro and an iMac. Submitted tech. request on 12/25. Have had no response. Might be time to send it back.

I have had some recent trouble as well. During rounds my unit will stop reading clubs altogether for a few minutes at least and then all of a sudden start working again. This has only happened to me the past week. Not sure if it is a bug or something else.
