Return Policy

In the event that you need to return a DancinDogg Golf product, please read and understand our return policy then fill out the online refund request form below and submit it to Dancin' Dogg Golf for processing.

Your request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Upon approval a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) email message containing instruction on how to return your purchase will be sent to the email address you provide us. You will need to print a copy of this email and return it with your purchase.

Our 30-Day money back guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from Dancin' Dogg Golf.

All returned items must be shipped prepaid and insured for the full value. Risk of loss or damage to any returned item will be born by you until the returned item is placed within our custody and control at our premises.

You must ensure that the following documents are attached to the returned item:

• (i) a copy of our email to you notifying you of the RMA, and
• (ii) your original receipt.

We will only process refunds for any returned item if:

• (i) the returned item is in the same condition as it was delivered to you, and
• (ii) the returned item is in its original packaging with all original contents including but not limited to all documentation, accessories, packing materials and
• (iii) if any gift or free product was enclosed together with the returned item at the time of purchase, such gift or free product must also be returned together with the returned item.

All refunds shall be made through the same method of payment through which payment in relation to the original purchase was made. A 10 percent restocking fee will be applied to any return with open items. If a return is received damaged, up to a 20 percent restocking fee will apply.
