Drivers for USB issue

My USB 2.0 port will not suppl power to the Optishot. Are there drivers that can fix this isuue and where can I find them. I'm using a Dell Latitude with windows 7

Generic windows drivers are all that are needed and causing them to be re-installed usually does the trick. Follow the link below for instructions.
