Delivery of Platinum Courses

Dancin' Dogg offers an ever growing library of Platinum Courses to our customers. These courses may be purchased from our Online Store and are delivered to your OptiShot over the Internet only. Therefore, it is essential that the computer running the OptiShot software be connected to the Internet to receive the course and authorization after purchase.

After the course has been authorized and is available in your list of playable courses, the computer may be disconnected from the Internet and the Platinum Course will continue to be playable.
 

Please note that in order to be authorized and play any of the  Platinum Courses, your OptiShot must be Registered.

Provided the computer running OptiShot is connected to the Internet and the email address used to purchase the Platinum Course is the same as that used to register OptiShot, the Platinum Course will be instantly available in your list of available courses.

If the addresses are different, then an email with instructions on how to manually authorize the Platinum Course will be sent to the new email address.

If, after your purchase and authorization, OptiShot determines that the Platinum Course is not yet installed or that there is an update available, then OptiShot will prompt you to update the software. After the update is complete, the Platinum course will be visible in your list of available courses.
