How to Perform a Clean Installation of the OptiShot2 Software

Follow the steps below to completely remove and re-install the latest version of the Dancin’ Dogg Golf software.

1. Uninstall OptiShot by clicking Start » All Programs » Dancin' Dogg Golf » OptiShot » Uninstall.  Then uninstall OptiShot2 by clicking Start » All Programs » OptiShot Golf » OptiShot2 » Uninstall.
2. Show Hidden Files and Folders.
• Windows® Vista:
1. Click  Start » Control Panel
2. On the left click Classic View
3. Double-click the Folder Options icon.
4. In the Folder Options window, click the View tab.
5. Select Show hidden files and folders then click OK.
• Windows® 7:
1. Click Start » Control Panel
2. In the upper right View By select Large or Small Icons
3. Double-click the Folder Options icon.
4. In the Folder Options window, click the View tab.
5. Select Show hidden files and folders then click OK.
• Windows® 8:
1. Click the windows key  on your keyboard. 
2. Type in Folder Options.
3. Click on Settings in the Search Bar on the right.
4. Click on the Folder Options listing to the left.
5. Select Show hidden files and folders then click OK.
   
    
3. Locate and delete the following directories:  
   
   C:\ProgramData\DancinDogg Golf\OptiShot
   C:\ProgramData\OptiShot Golf\OptiShot2

Please note that the paths above are NOT C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86)
