This is useful should your Internet connection be slow or restricted. You will need to copy the folder containing the course files (.sac) and a single file that tells the downloader whether or not these courses need to be downloaded. Then each time you re-install the software, copy both the folder and file back to where they should go.
Make sure OptiShot is not running.
Show Hidden Files and Folders.

Browse to the appropriate location below and copy the updatemanager.ini file to wherever you want to save it (if it has an icon, it should look like a notepad or piece of paper with a small gear on it). This is the file that tells the updater to download missing courses.
